Article 6-III-2 of France’s law on confidence in the digital economy allows a non-professional publisher to keep their identity private, provided they have given their contact details to their host, which keeps them and may disclose them to the courts. The public reference data the site uses (BIN ranges, bank codes, payment systems) remains the property of its respective sources, cited wherever it is used. Trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are shown for illustration only.

Text and data mining

The publisher reserves its rights under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790: this content may not be used to train models without permission. Any agent may still crawl the site for research and citation, as the robots.txt file states.
